About the Course
This training coupled with the onboarding and the binder systems will provide your administrative staff with the insights needed to introduce new staff to your organization, complete all initial clearances, paperwork and training. It will also provide the tools necessary to keep records organized and up-to-date for all staff on an ongoing basis.

I have 15 years of experience as a child care licensing consultant and Regional Manager with Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). I also have a background in early elementary education and children’s protective services. I hold a Master of Arts degree in elementary education from the University of Michigan.
