About the Course
This system will allow you to tailor the hiring and onboarding experience by providing templates and guides to assure new candidates are properly integrated into your organization. The progress begins when a candidate accepts the job offer. This organizational system will improve the time it takes for new hires to become productive by providing a consistent plan for welcoming new staff, assuring they complete your orientation as well as all required training and certifications. Having an organized system in place will free you and your administrative staff to move on to other tasks that matter.

I have 15 years of experience as a child care licensing consultant and Regional Manager with Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). I also have a background in early elementary education and children’s protective services. I hold a Master of Arts degree in elementary education from the University of Michigan.
