About
This Teaching and Learning training is designed to strengthen instructional practice by helping educators understand how children learn and how intentional teaching supports development across all domains. Participants will explore developmentally appropriate practices, effective learning environments, and strategies that promote engagement, curiosity, and meaningful learning experiences. The training focuses on aligning teaching strategies with child development, supporting play-based learning, and using intentional planning to meet the diverse needs of children. Educators will examine how exploration, interaction, and guided instruction work together to support cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development. Throughout this training, participants will reflect on their current practices, consider practical classroom applications, and learn how to create learning experiences that are responsive, inclusive, and supportive of all learners. This course is appropriate for lead teachers and early childhood professionals seeking to strengthen teaching effectiveness and improve learning outcomes in early learning settings.
